Utilisation

Uses

Other comments :

Animalis® base is said to be an olfactory mixture between a note of civet and a note of Musk Tonkin (from the Tibet goat genitals).
Its use has been very recognized in the perfume Kouros (1981) by Yves Saint-Laurent. Other perfumes from the 80's such as Peau de Montana in 1986 use this base. Despite a more moderate success today, Animalis® base is still used in some perfumes for its leather, woody and animalic notes. There are two commercial versions of the Animalis® base: Animalis® 1745-03 and Animalis® 5853.
